2. Ordering

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you place an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation. This does not mean the order is accepted. A contract between you and Ugobuild LTD is formed only when we dispatch the goods.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including in cases of pricing or stock errors.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in GBP and include VAT (where applicable). Delivery charges are shown separately during checkout.

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering via our secure payment gateway. We accept most major debit and credit cards.

4. Delivery

We aim to dispatch items within the timeframe stated on the product page, but delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can occur due to courier issues, stock levels, or external events.

Risk passes to you on delivery. If items arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours with photo evidence so we can assist.

5. Returns & Cancellations

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods, as per UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To cancel or return an item:

Contact us at within 10 days of delivery.

Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

6. Faulty or Damaged Goods

If your item is faulty or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We may offer a replacement, repair, or refund. We may request images or the return of the item.

7. Product Information

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and images are accurate. However, minor variations may occur due to manufacturing differences. Please check product specs carefully before purchasing.

8. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses, loss of data, loss of income or profit, or third-party claims.

Our total liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order.
